Who we are
This privacy policy explains how Crazio Store ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use Crazio Store (the "app"), and the choices you have.
Crazio Store is responsible for your personal information in the app. You can reach Crazio Store by e-mail at hello@mothandtweed.example, by phone on +1 215-555-0176 and by post at 1126 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19125.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we collect:
• Account details: your name, e-mail address and, if you add it, your phone number. Your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form. • Orders: what you buy, the price, your delivery or pickup details (name, address and phone number) and any notes you add. • Bookings: the service, date and time you choose, your name and contact details, and any notes you add. • What you send us through the forms in the app (for example your name, e-mail address, phone number and message) and any files you attach. • Technical information sent by your device when you open the app, such as your browser type and the pages you open, which our hosting keeps for a short time for security. • Information about how you use the app, through cookies and similar storage, as described under "Cookies".
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, religion or political opinions) unless you choose to share it with us.
How we use it
• To run the app and show you what you ask for. • To create and look after your account and keep it secure. • To take, prepare and deliver your orders, take payment and send order updates and receipts. • To confirm and manage your bookings and send you updates about them. • To answer your messages and requests. • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records).
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use your information:
• to perform our contract with you (your account, orders or bookings); • with your consent, for optional cookies and similar tools (you can withdraw it at any time); • for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the app; • to comply with the law.
Cookies
The app uses cookies and similar storage on your device. Some are needed for it to work (such as remembering your choices, keeping you signed in and keeping your cart) and do not need your permission.
Others are optional and used only with your permission: content from other services (such as videos and maps).
The cookie notice lists each of them by name. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the app.
The app counts visits and the pages opened to see how it is used, without cookies and without anything that identifies you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to provide the app and our services:
• Our app platform and hosting providers, which store and process information on our behalf and under our instructions. • Payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, Paystack or Razorpay) when you pay online. You enter card or bank details on their secure pages; we never see or store them. • Calendar and video meeting services (such as Google Calendar, Google Meet or Zoom) when a booking is added to our calendar or takes place online. • Google, for google maps (shows the map). • Authorities, courts or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your permission.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
• Account details: for as long as you keep your account, then deleted or anonymized. • Orders and payments: for as long as tax and accounting laws require (often up to 7 years). • Bookings: for as long as needed to provide them and keep our records. • Form replies and messages: until your request is handled and we no longer need them. • Security logs: for a short time, usually a few weeks.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
• show you the personal information we hold about you and give you a copy; • correct it or complete it; • delete it; • stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it; • send it to you or another company in a common format; • withdraw your consent, at any time, where we rely on it.
To use these rights, write to hello@mothandtweed.example. We answer within one month (45 days for California residents). You can also see and change your details in your account. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents also have the right to know what we collect and why, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
The app is not meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA and the UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to hello@mothandtweed.example and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers to protect your information. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect it and will tell you and the authorities about a breach when the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed; we will tell you about important changes in the app.
