About these terms
These terms of use are an agreement between you and Crazio Store ("we", "us") for using Crazio Store (the "app"). By using the app you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Our privacy policy explains how we use your personal information.
Using the app
You may use the app for your own, lawful purposes. Please do not:
• break the law or the rights of others through the app; • try to get into parts of the app, accounts or systems you are not allowed to; • disrupt the app, overload it or spread harmful code; • copy the app’s content in bulk or use automated tools to collect it; • send false, offensive or unlawful content.
You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy or book through the app.
Your account
When you create an account, give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Orders and prices
Prices and availability are shown in the app and can change before you order. Your order is a request to buy; a contract is made when we confirm it. If a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place your order.
Payment
You can pay online through our payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, Paystack or Razorpay) or, where we offer it, in cash on delivery or at our premises. Online payments are handled on the provider’s secure pages and are subject to their terms.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver to the address you give us or prepare your order for pickup, as you choose and we offer. Times we give are estimates; we will tell you about delays.
Returns and refunds
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of receiving it, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Refunds go back to the way you paid.
This does not affect your rights under consumer law, including any right to cancel an online purchase.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when the app or our confirmation e-mail says so. Please arrive on time, or join on time for online sessions.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, tell us as early as you can. We may need to cancel or move a booking in exceptional cases; we will then offer another time or a full refund of anything you paid.
What you send us
You keep the rights to what you send us (messages, files, ratings and comments). You allow us to use it to answer you, provide our services and improve them. Make sure you have the right to send it.
Our content
The app and its content (texts, photos, logos and design) belong to Crazio Store or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy, sell or reuse the content without our permission.
Other services and links
The app may link to or show content from other websites and services (such as Google) and social networks. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, change or contain mistakes. We may change, pause or stop parts of the app.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by events outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply; important changes will be shown in the app.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Crazio Store is established. If we disagree, please contact us first so we can try to solve it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws and courts of the country where you live.
